RETURN/REFUND POLICY

For Arivn.com, customer experience is our top priority. We conduct quality checks before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, occasional errors may occur. We want our customers to enjoy Arivn.com products and have the best possible experience. If you have received a product that does not meet your needs or if you received the wrong type, model, or quantity (provided the item has not been used), the company is happy to exchange the product, supplement the missing items, or refund the amount within 03 days.

Arivn.com's return and refund policy is valid within 24 hours from the time the customer receives the product. If more than 48 hours have passed since the customer received the product, Arivn.com will not be able to refund the customer. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, with the original seal, tags, packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Some products are not eligible for return:

+ Used goods cannot be returned.

+ Arivn.com does not accept hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable items.

+ Products not purchased from Arivn.com or from its other social media channels.

+ Products received as free gifts, promotional items, or items participating in special conditional programs.

Customers are required to provide a reason for the return, supporting images, phone number, and address to Arivn.com's staff so that we can process the return or exchange efficiently and quickly, according to the customer's request. For expired orders, Arivn.com will cover 100% of the cost to send a new product and retrieve the original product for the customer.

Regarding Product Exchange

Customers can exchange products for others of equal or higher value and pay the difference when receiving the new product. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for both the return and the new shipment.

3. Notes for Returning Products

+ To return a product, customers should send the product back with all original accessories and gifts as received.

+ Customers will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. If the return shipping cost is not paid, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

+ Depending on the location, the time frame for returning or exchanging products may vary.

Arivn.com will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If the request is approved, the refunded amount will be transferred to your account within 2-3 working days.
